    Discuss Your Needs

    Decide what type of property you would like.

    This step establishes how much you can afford. Your lender will give you a pre-approval letter outlining the preliminary terms of a mortgage loan. This letter will also establish your proof of funds.

  • Step 4

    Property Search

    I will assist you in finding properties that fit your criteria and your budget which was determined in the previous step.

  • Step 5


    When you see a property you like, I will schedule a showing for you to see the property.

  • Step 6

    Negotiate Price

    Once you decide on a property, I will negotiate an offer at the lowest possible price. Then, I will sort out the terms and expectations with the seller to ensure a smooth transaction for you.

  • Step 7

    Submit an Offer

    Once everything is sorted, I will present your offer in writing.

  • Step 8


    This is a 3 to 7 day period following full contract signing. The inspector looks for material defects. This is where you can back out of the contract if you change your mind.

  • Step 9


    If inspection passes, a licensed appraiser determines the true value of the property. The lender will loan only up to the appraised value.

  • Step 10


    This is where you get the keys to your new home! Here are your estimated out-of-pocket expenses paid at the closing. Your attorney will give you the exact figures.
